Daisy Goodwin, the writer of ITV's Victoria, claims she was groped by a government official during a visit to Downing Street.

Writing in the Radio Times, Goodwin said she was summoned to Downing Street during the Cameron administration to talk to an official about an idea for a television programme, and that after dinner the same official 'who was a few years younger than me', put his hand on her breast as she was leaving.

Goodwin said the man no longer works in Downing Street and she's choosing not to identify him.
